Twice baked gruyere cheese or blue swimmer crab soufflé to cook at home. Pre-heat your oven to 250C. Take the plastic lid off. Pour the cream on the soufflé, then add the cheese. Place the container in the oven for 10min, watch it rise! And Voila!
